What Makes Us Different?

Organising spaces isn’t just a job for me. It’s something I genuinely care about.

As a parent based in Sydney, I understand how challenging it can be to manage a home while juggling everyday life. I truly believe calm, organised spaces support clearer minds and more joyful living.

I work with you personally, on-site from start to finish, always at your pace. I take a holistic, hands-on approach to decluttering and organising, focusing on practical systems that suit real family life. From space organising, food shopping, restyling spaces, incorporating indoor plants, and maintaining natural green areas, I help create homes that feel calm, functional, and lived in -not perfect or overwhelming.

What truly sets me apart is coaching you through the process, working collaboratively or independently to build routines that feel natural, not like extra work. I also support packing and unpacking, upcycling, selling, managing, and donating items to sustainable organisations, always with care, respect, and long-term ease in mind.

Meet Alex Coote

Collage of five photos showing a young woman volunteering. The first photo shows her standing in a garage surrounded by boxes and supplies. The second features her smiling outside next to a van with 'Holistic Homes' written on it. The third depicts her indoors with canned and packaged food on a table. The fourth includes her with an elderly woman inside a room with a window. The fifth captures her smiling inside a kitchen with groceries on the counter.

The Heart Behind Holistic Homes

Holistic Homes began with my genuine love for creating calm, functional spaces and the joy that organisation brings. As a mum of two with experience across hospitality, social services, and community work locally and overseas, I understand how emotional and overwhelming managing a home can feel. I’ve worked with people of all ages and abilities, always in a judgment-free, supportive way that respects your privacy.

This journey grew from a deep sense of responsibility to my family and the planet. I’m experienced in supporting neurodivergent individuals and families, working at your pace to reduce overwhelm. I’m passionate about sustainability, reducing waste, and creating realistic systems. I truly believe meaningful, lasting change happens when we do it together.
